CASE 1.

This camera card came to us because it was not recognized by our customer’s laptop.

After an intensive troubleshooting procedure we had to take RAM chips out of the logic board and install them on a donor camera card. After everything was in place we were able to recover customer's data. 

Data recovered: 100 %. 

 

CASE 2.

This camera card not all the time came up. 

After simple troubleshooting under the microscope we notice that the logic board was broken. We rebuild the copper traces. Also we had to deal with some corruption files during the data recovery process. Finally we recover customer's data.
